You have a direct contractual relationship with the tenant; all the remaining communication and agenda associated with the lease is our responsibility. The Partner Service is suitable for owners of all types of rental properties, including older, cooperative or suburban flats.

Occasionally things go wrong in the flat, the tenants leave or they stop paying the rent. It is necessary to devote time to the settlement of payments for services and utilities, tax returns, insurance, owners’ meetings and many other things. Suddenly, you get very busy with your investment, and you are not happy about it, you are not familiar with the given issues, and you do not have enough time for it.
We are here to make the renting of your flat a carefree business. You sign the lease agreement, we are happy to take care of all the rest – from finding tenants through inspections, preparing the agreement and utilities transfers to monitoring payments, minor repairs and ensuring occupancy. Do I have to be present during flat inspections?
No, you don‘t. Our key mission is to save your time. All inspections are provided by our trained real estate managers
Will the administration fee be charged even if the flat is empty?
No. We always charge the administrative fee only from the rent paid. When the flat is unoccupied, you do not pay us anything. In 97% of cases, however, we will occupy the entrusted property within 14 days at the latest.
What if we manage to lease the flat for a higher price than previously agreed?
You get more money. Our fee is always calculated as 10% of the amount currently paid by tenants. We view the agreement we made with you as being indicative of the minimum amount for which you want to rent a flat.
