We offer a personal approach, individual services and we also understand your tenants. We know their rights and obligations thoroughly. In our experience, we have encountered all kinds of issues, so we know how to resolve and how to prevent them. We have more than 10 years of experience, intuition and foresight.
Flat Service has been in this business since 2010. Initially as part of Prague Property Management, a.s. (PPM)a property management company, from which Flat Service separated in 2018 and continues to provide comprehensive real estate investment services.
Exclusive cooperation continues between FLAT SERVICE s.r.o. and PPM a.s. As a result, we provide clients with high capacity and efficiency in the management and maintenance of their properties.

Filip Bauer
Executive Director
Filip manages the company and is constantly working to improve operations, processes and the effective use of information technology and innovation. He personally oversees that clients receive individual care and that they enjoy receiving income from their properties without having to worry about anything.
He has been in the real estate business since 2009 and knows that the basis of good customer service is a great team. Filip provides a supportive environment for his colleagues with regards to work-related as well as private matters.

Karolína Pšeničková
Leasing manager
Karolína is in charge of taking care of new clients, accepting properties and preparing them for future lease.
She gained experience in customer care positions in both Czech and foreign-owned companies. She has been working in the field of real estate services for more than 5 years and makes effective use of her skills in the Flat Service customer care area. Karolína is extremely helpful and has great empathy for customers and their needs.

Nora Walterová
Office manager
In addition to the smooth running of the office, Nora is in charge of communication with tenants and the processing of complaints. She also arranges repairs in the apartments, monitors payments and deals with late payments.
She graduated from Charles University in the social work field and has worked in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She uses her education and experience for positive and constructive communication

Marco Morsut
Leasing manager
Marco spares no effort to find the right and reliable tenant for a vacant property as soon as possible. He arranges the required services (TV, Internet, insurance) and ensures that the property is used in accordance with the lease agreement.
After studying at the Metropolitan University, Marco worked for 3 years in the procurement department of a private medical company. In the real estate business, he uses his sense of consistency and responsibility in making decisions and in everything he does.
