Money must be kept in order! We have automatic systems for monitoring payments. In the event of a payment default, we notify the tenants immediately and we actively deal with the situation.

Despite checking your tenants We consult all publicly accessible registers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and also the SOLUS register. through and through, they may still default on rent payments. However, you need not worry about it.

We conduct regular inspections in flats and nip any issues in the bud. All tenants have compulsory insurance Our service team provides ongoing maintenance. Thanks to that, we will return the flat to you in the same condition in which we took it over (taking into account normal wear and tear).

Is the tenant leaving? It means starting from scratch again! But not for you :-)
We are in regular contact with tenants, so we usually know in advance that they are going to leave. We can therefore act in time. We will make sure that there is the shortest possible delay between individual rentals, and we will arrange everything necessary for a smooth transition. You, on the other hand, can be on the other side of the globe.
